  • I was involved in the first cleanse with Miya and Mary at Union Yoga, and found the experience to be very enlightening. I would say the second week of the cleanse was probably most difficult, because it was at this point you should have eliminated sugar, caffeine, alcohol, tobacco, gluten, dairy, etc. from your diet. I can’t say it was an easy experience, but you really find out what things your body tolerates, and what things it does not. Unfortunately, dairy and I are no longer on speaking terms. One guarantee, you will lose weight, and you will feel better. It’s pretty easy if you are into cooking. I found some great sources for gluten free bread dough, and pizza crust, and the list of optimal food choices is very extensive. You won’t go hungry!!!! - Richard B.

She will provide you with carefully planned menus and recipes, before and after total body assessment, a 1on1 conference call and email support to guide you through this amazing detox experience. detox_02 Miya Peard teaches Vinyasa and Restorative classes at Union Yoga. She fully cleanses twice a year and has found yoga to be essential to the process. She has carefully planned yoga workshops that will support the body in the cleansing process.
