Union Yoga offers workshops and specialized classes that explore:
- Body Area Focus (hips, shoulders, core)
- Different aspects & techniques of the yoga practice
- Overall Health and Wellness
- Additional Yoga Disciplines (such as Restorative, Jivamukti or Ashtanga)
All specialized classes and workshops are taught by members of the Union Yoga staff as well as certified instructors from other local studios. Union Yoga Workshops are great opportunities for students to broaden their understanding of yoga, deepen their knowledge and continue their yoga journey! Workshops and special classes are added to the online schedule for convenient sign-up and payment. Class sizes are limited and prices vary.

Come Relax to Renew as we learn to release in this Two Hour Restorative Yoga Workshop. Learn to unwind your body and uplift your spirit with the help of props to relax completely.
Restorative yoga is a practice that reduces your stress and improves your health. All postures (asanas) are done in a passive manner with the support of blankets, blocks and other props.
You will linger quietly in these soothing and well-supported poses using props tailored to your unique body.
Restorative yoga is an important tool for everyone. It is useful when you feel weak, fatigued, or stressed from daily activities or major life events.
No previous yoga experience is necessary. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring an eye pillow if you would rather not use one provided by UY.
Class size is limited to 15 people so that you will have the attention and guidance you need. Be prepared to lose track of time, let go of worries, breath deeply and relax.
All-levels. Basic yoga experience recommended.
